TIGER DEN UPDATE
News for March!
The Tigers will be meeting after school on
Monday March 5, 2012.
We will be working on earning our weather belt loop!
We hope to see ALL Tigers at the den meeting.
Our next Tiger Cub Meeting is a “Go See It” on
Monday January 9, 2011 after school. We will be meeting in the APR for snack and the opening of our meeting and then we will go to The Pequot Library for a tour and reading of a story by the Children’s Librarian, Mrs. Susan Ei at 3:15pm (1G). Remember to bring your signed homework sheet to the meeting. Homework: Check those smoke detector batteries and practice a fire drill with your adult partner (3F).
Remember that it is our turn to perform the Flag Ceremony at the Next PTA meeting at 7:00pm on January 19, 2011 at Holland Hill. Please arrive no later than 6:45pm in your Class A uniform.
Tiger Cub Den meetings will take place on the First Monday of every month. They will take place immediately after school and end at 4:00pm. On the day of every meeting please send in a note in your child’s folder telling his teacher that they will be going to Cub Scouts. All scouts are expected to attend den meetings in order to fulfill the Tiger requirements. If your scout will be out sick please let your den leader know as soon as you can.
